Services and Support

Stakeholder Alignment

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: it's the people and places that matter. Whether it's a municipality navigating growth, a nonprofit stretched too thin, or a business ready to scale, the challenges are almost always the same. A good plan exists. Passionate people exist. But somewhere between the vision and the day-to-day reality, things stall.

That's where I come in.

I work alongside teams as a temporary project lead, someone who asks the right questions, listens deeply, and helps everyone get moving in the same direction. I don't come in with a predetermined solution. I come in curious, because every organization, every community, every team has its own story about why things have stalled, and understanding that story is where the real work begins.

And when our work together is done, my goal is simple: you don't need me anymore. Your team has the confidence, the tools, and the knowledge to keep going on their own.

Project Management

Change doesn't follow a straight line, and neither does the support you might need. I can step in at any stage of your journey, and I bring the same curiosity and commitment whether we're just getting started or working through what comes next.

Before the Work Begins

If you're standing at the start of something significant, a new initiative, a company restructure or community project, getting the foundation right makes everything easier. I help teams build shared understanding, clarify priorities, and create a realistic picture of what's actually possible with the capacity you have. This is about setting you up for success before the pressure builds.

During the Hard Middle

Sometimes things stall mid-way through, and nobody can quite put their finger on why. I come alongside your team to understand what's happening, not just at the leadership level, but with the people doing the work every day. Together, we figure out what's getting in the way and get everyone moving in the same direction again.

After the Dust Settles

When a project wraps up, the real question is whether anything actually changed. I help organizations evaluate outcomes against what mattered most, making sure the data you've gathered tells a meaningful story about impact. Because reporting numbers is one thing. Understanding whether you've created lasting, systemic change is another.

Whenever Life Happens In Between

Organizations grow. People leave. New challenges emerge. If you find yourself in a pinch, whether a key person has moved on, a funder is asking hard questions, or a new opportunity has landed on your desk, I can step in quickly, get up to speed, and provide the steady, experienced support you need until you find your perfect fit.

Capacity Building

Every engagement is different because every organization is different. But the approach is always the same. I start by listening. To leadership. To teams. To the people closest to the work. I want to understand the pain points, what's working, what isn't, and most importantly, why things have stalled.

From there, we work together to build clarity, alignment, and momentum. I help you identify the right priorities, set up the systems to track what matters, and make sure every person on your team can see how their role connects to the bigger picture.

And I help you capture the data and KPIs that actually tell your story, not just for funders or boards, but for your team. So that when something is working, you know it. And when something needs to shift, you can see it clearly and act with confidence.

What You Walk Away With

A team that feels heard, equipped, and ready to lead change independently. Systems and processes that don't disappear when I do. A clear picture of your impact, grounded in data that actually means something. And the confidence that when the next challenge comes, because it always does, your organization is ready for it.

Because the best outcomes aren't built on consultant dependency, they're built on empowered teams who know how to keep going.

How I Can Help

  • I understand you're juggling impossible demands with limited resources. Your community wants more services, better infrastructure, and lower taxes, all at the same time.

I help municipalities navigate change and build collaborative relationships that actually work, without asking taxpayers for another dollar.

  • I know you didn't become a leader to spend half your time writing grant applications. You got into this work to make a real difference.

Now that you have a strategic plan, I can help you focus on the actions that move your community forward, while you navigate organizational change and stay true to your mission.

  • You want to be a good community partner, not just because it's expected, but because you actually care about where you do business. But navigating community needs, government processes, and a changing business landscape can feel like learning a foreign language.

I help you build the stakeholder relationships and action plans that turn community commitment into a genuine competitive advantage.

What I Actually Do

With over two decades of navigating complex initiatives from every angle, I work with teams to move strategic plans into action plans.  With lived experience in project management and strategic planning, I have a unique ability to see around corners and bridge the gaps that derail most changes.

These are hard-earned insights. Whether that’s navigating the tension between federal requirements and local realities - balancing growth ambitions within communities - or turning competing stakeholder interests into collaborative momentum. This isn't about providing cookie-cutter templates. It is about sharing knowledge because I’ve lived it.

With expertise rooted in Human Resources and Labour Relations, I understand that lasting change is fundamentally about people, not processes. I also understand how organizational cultures can clash, how political pressures influence decisions, and why a stakeholder’s reality matters more than any strategic plan or organizational framework.

I don't just facilitate change - I work alongside you to ensure the change you are navigating strengthens your organization, businesses, and the communities you serve.
